After filing an application for trademark registration, can you immediately start marketing your products and/or services?

The filing of an application for registration does not confer title to the trademark because the said application can only be registered, that is to say, confer rights, after a validation examination by the industrial property office requested.

The applicant may, however, begin marketing the products before the end of the procedure, but only after the opposition period following the publication of the application.
